June 26, 2018 - Lambton College to Host a Variety of Summer Day Camps for School Aged Children

Lambton College to host a variety of summer day camps for school-aged children

Lambton College is excited to once again be offering a variety of summer day camp programs designed to provide children aged six to 13 with an opportunity to discover new interests, make new friends and have fun during their summer break.

All programs are geared towards children with any level of experience and have been created to foster positive participation, develop new skill sets, and promote self-worth.
At this time, there are select spots remaining in the following camps: Creative Campers Camp, Lego Robo Camp, Super Scientist, Clay Camp (ages 10-13), Junior Firefighters, Skills Work Camp and STEM Camp (ages 10-13), Multicultural Amazing Race, and Esports.
All camp programs are supervised by counsellors who are certified in Standard First Aid and CPR with HIGH FIVE training in the Principles of Healthy Child Development.
Programs run for a full-day from Monday to Friday and campers will spend up to three hours each day receiving instruction from a subject matter expert in their chosen stream. All remaining hours are spent in supervised indoor and outdoor structured and free play activities.
All camps run from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Early and late care is available between 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. for an additional cost of $25 per week.
The cost of a four-day camp is $168 and a five-day camp is $210. Registration is due two weeks before the start of each camp in order to ensure sufficient enrolment, staffing and supplies. Early registration is encouraged.
